News Item: HAE Exhibits New Services and Sponsors Awards at EHS2025
HAE once again attended the Executive Hire Show on the 12th and 13th February. This year the association held a Member Networking Event on the morning of day one, and was joined by representatives from its service providers. These included HAE Direct and Print on Demand, HAE Insurance Services and HAE Utilities.
The event included a short presentation about key issues faced by the industry – increased levels of theft and fraud, lithium-ion battery fires and other matters of safety – and how HAE’s benefits and services can help its members stay ahead.
The team was on hand to discuss all aspects of membership, including SafeHire, Training, Terms and Conditions, and promote some new and updated member benefits. Representatives were available from the newly launched HAE Financial Services to handle enquiries about asset finance and business loans.
HAE’s advisory service previously known as BusinessGuard also underwent a change, relaunching as HAE Risk Services. The same 24-hour health & safety and employment law advice service but with a fresh face and a keenness to engage more with members.
Representatives from the association participated in the After-show Party on the night of Wednesday 12th. The ‘Outstanding Single Depot Hire Company’ and ‘Outstanding Multi-Depot Hire Company’ awards were sponsored by HAE and presented by Carl Bartlett, Director of Certification Services.
Congratulations must go to both winners! SHC Hire Centres who won in the single depot category, and Wicklow Hire and Sales who picked up the multi-depot company award.
