Hire Desk New Entrant Training Programme
Starting Monday 16th December 2024 in Solihull, West Midlands
A 25 day programme delivered in 5 modules. Module 1 runs from Monday 16th until Thursday 19thth December 2024.
This programme is aimed at workers in the role of Hire Desk Operative or Hire Controller. Delegates attend a 5-week modular training programme, an on-site assessment, and are awarded a Level 2 National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). The training focusses on sales and customer service techniques, as well as practical sessions on safe use and awareness on a wide range of tools and equipment.
